Collapse-resistance optimization of fabricated single-layer grid shell based on sequential approximate optimization

چکیده
Abstract In this work, the surrogate model of collapse load in terms structural morphology is established based on radial basis function (RBF) network, and form-finding optimization fabricated single-layer grid shell aiming at improvement collapse-resistance capacity realized. To improve accuracy optimal solution, density used to determine sparse region design domain add new sample points region. Avoiding that trapped a poor local optimum, starting point updated approach global optimum. Three types shells, including cylindrical surface, free-form surface with symmetric supports, asymmetric are selected for optimization. The results prove efficiency algorithm. proposed method considers mechanical properties assemble joints reflects characteristics actual structure. It can be shape selection thus has engineering significance.
